What You’ll Do
- Advise a variety of growth companies on corporate legal matters, including company formation, shareholders’ agreements, legal entity management, and other general commercial contract needs as they arise.
- A minimum of five years’ experience advising clients, ideally entrepreneurs and start-ups, preferably gained in private practice at a major Canadian law firm.
- A call to the Ontario Bar and comfort working with both provincial and federal incorporations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.
