Essential Functions:
- Full Stack Developer supporting application availability, stability and resilience
- Design and Promote AIOps methodology across E2E cloud and Kubernetes platforms using ServiceNow.
- Lead monitoring, instrumentation and logging strategy and implementation of cloud and distributed systems.
- Developing software and scripts to automate operational tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability and efficiency of systems.
- Lead and manage Observability applications and infrastructure utilizing Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Elastic Search, Open Search, Cloudwatch.
- Partner with development teams to design monitoring solutions to create development, non-production, and production environments.
- Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats by continuously applying new hotfixes and OS patches.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventive measures.
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Coach and mentor junior resources with AI, Automation and monitoring tools

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
