Your role as a Staff Cybersecurity Analyst
Reporting directly to the CISO, you will take on a leadership role in protecting Dialogue’s systems, applications, and data across our entire digital environment. As a Staff Cybersecurity Analyst, you’ll bring advanced expertise in identifying, investigating, and responding to complex cyber threats. You’ll also help shape and elevate our cybersecurity program by building policies, influencing strategy, and mentoring others. This is a high-impact role designed for someone ready to step into a key position within a growing and forward-thinking security team.
What you'll be doing
Threat Detection & Incident Response
- Lead threat hunting, investigations, and forensics across cloud and on-prem systems
- Manage the full incident lifecycle: triage, response, resolution, and post-incident review
- Run regular tabletop exercises to improve response and recovery plans
- Support daily security operations: log analysis, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, and threat intel
Policy & Risk Management
- Develop and update cybersecurity policies based on industry frameworks (NIST, OWASP, MITRE)
- Perform risk assessments for internal systems and vendors; maintain risk register
- Manage third-party audits, security questionnaires, and compliance activities
- Create and deliver security awareness training to foster a security-first culture
Leadership & Program Growth
- Advise technical teams on cloud security, access management, and DevSecOps
- Monitor and improve key risk and performance metrics for the security program
- Mentor junior team members and provide expert guidance
- Partner with CISO and leadership to shape the security roadmap
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including senior-level responsibilities
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Cloud Security, IAM
- Proven experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Okta, Auth0, AWS, GCP, Google Workspace, DataDog, GuardDuty)
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access, security automation, and DevSecOps principles
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, SSDLC
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is considered an asset
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA are strong assets
