As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind product strategy, development, and delivery. You thrive in turning ideas into impactful, user-friendly products by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including business development, UX, and engineering. With a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and client goals, you’ll lead the development of products that deliver value, delight users, and drive business results.

The role includes frequent travel to client sites in the USA to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Design

  • Define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Translate research and user insights into impactful product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to create seamless, user-focused designs and workflows.
  • Guide ideas from concept to experimentation, MVPs, and full product delivery.

Product Development

  • Lead agile development processes, ensuring smooth workflows and rapid iterations.
  • Prioritize and deliver on product features with an emphasis on process efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Work with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deploy new product features.
  • Partner across teams to ensure products meet high standards of quality and usability.

Roadmap & Documentation

  • Build and maintain detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and functional documentation (e.g., PRDs, user stories, logic flows, etc.).
  • Define and deliver MVPs, iterating and scaling based on research and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure testing aligns with product goals and quality standards.


Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead large, complex projects, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster collaboration across teams by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for product strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the user and the client in all aspects of product planning and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • A degree in a technical or relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large, complex products or services in dynamic environments.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and the product management lifecycle.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through.
  • Preferred experience working with offshore development teams based in Eastern Europe.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Emphasis on user-driven design and data-informed product refinement.
