As a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner in Bogota, Colombia, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem!


Job Summary:

Design, build, and implement innovative recruitment programs. Interviews and screens applicants and conducts reference checks. Coordinates pre-employment travel, reporting dates, background checking and employment processing. Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintains college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. Work with various internet searching tools. Performs the sourcing, recruiting and identifying of candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently conducts candidate searches from a variety of sources. Assesses applicant skills and accurately represents the Company’s business environment and culture to applicants. Screens candidates and refers qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key functional leaders and Hiring Managers in order to forecast current and future recruitment needs and develop cost effective recruiting strategies that tie into business objectives. Work together to identify ideal skill set and experience required to attract top talent for current and future positions.
  • Design, build, and implement innovative recruitment programs.
  • Advise, educate and influence hiring managers on candidate skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions.
  • Drive the entire interview process of each candidate through offer negotiations; determine fit and qualifications of all candidates presented. Consult with hiring managers on evaluation and selection of final candidates. Updates and maintains the applicant tracking and requisition databases.
  • Ensures recruiting programs and processes align with strategic plan and business unit goals and objectives. Makes recommendations for process updates and changes to increase effectiveness and/or compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years recruiting experience.
  • This position requires strong English language proficiency, including fluent verbal and written communication skills, to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

  • Strong preference for recruiting experience in a global company.


Work Environment:

  • Standard work environment
  • Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
  • Travel required, may be domestic or international
