Summary of position: 

As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, optimization, and execution of AI-powered capabilities within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on enhancing customer experience through the adoption and integration of Agentforce, Einstein AI, Sales GPT, Service GPT, and Data Cloud. The successful candidate will drive the execution of AI-driven workflows, predictive analytics, and automation to improve both customer interactions and internal operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with internal business analysts, technical architects, and cross-functional teams across sales, support, marketing, and finance to identify, develop, and deploy AI-enhanced processes and capabilities that elevate our customer experience. Your expertise will also ensure that Salesforce AI solutions are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary lead on Salesforce AI while collaborating with a team on the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring an AI-first approach to customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation, execution, and continuous optimization of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Sales GPT, Service GPT, and Data Cloud to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
  • Administer, configure, and fine-tune AI-powered tools such as chatbots, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and AI-driven customer insights.
  • Oversee data hygiene, governance, and enrichment within Salesforce and Data Cloud to ensure AI models leverage accurate and complete datasets.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to leverage AI-driven insights, automate repetitive tasks, and improve customer interactions.
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation, workflows, and predictive analytics to enhance sales, service, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain custom AI models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, AI feature rollouts, and system updates, ensuring optimal performance of new AI functionalities.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure AI-driven solutions meet privacy and governance standards.
  • Train end users and teams on AI capabilities within Salesforce, driving adoption and ensuring best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce AI tools and technologies to drive continued innovation.

Skills Required: 

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce AI ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Sales GPT, Service GPT, and Data Cloud.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, chatbots, automation, and predictive analytics within Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including Data Cloud for AI-powered enrichment.
  • Ability to configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, flows, and dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple AI-driven initiatives.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain AI-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess the impact of AI adoption on Salesforce processes and integrations.

Experience Required: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a recent focus on AI adoption.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI-powered tools such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Sales GPT, and Service GPT.
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification is an asset.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI-related certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, enrichment, and governance.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows and predictive models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and automation tools.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills, including SOQL, Excel, and GSheets for data manipulation.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.

Nice-to-have Skills & Experience:

  • Appreciation of international data privacy laws and compliance regulations as they relate to AI-powered customer interactions, as well as staying informed on emerging AI trends both within and outside of Salesforce to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Experience in Salesforce development (Apex coding, Visualforce, Lightning components).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce AI solutions with ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud AI features and campaign automation.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Prior experience working with third-party service providers to execute AI-focused projects.
