About The Role

As a Senior Renewals Manager supporting Enterprise and Strategic customers, you own the commercial success of a portfolio of customers by driving predictable renewals and partnering with Sales and Customer Success to maximize long-term customer value and growth. You serve as the commercial quarterback throughout the renewal lifecycle, aligning executive stakeholders, managing commercial risk, and delivering accurate forecasts while helping customers realize continued business impact from Highspot.

What You'll Do

  • Own Commercial Renewals: Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, driving predictable retention and long-term customer value.

  • Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align commercial conversations to customer business priorities and outcomes.

  • Drive Growth: Identify and progress expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Lead Commercial Negotiations: Own pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations to achieve successful renewal outcomes.

  • Develop Account Strategies: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create commercial account plans that support renewal success, executive engagement, and future growth.

  • Manage Commercial Risk: Proactively identify commercial risks, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers.

  • Deliver Forecast Excellence: Maintain accurate renewals forecasts and CRM hygiene, providing leadership with clear insight into risks and opportunities.

  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage customer insights, product usage, and commercial metrics to prioritize opportunities and improve portfolio performance.

  • Improve the Business: Contribute to scalable processes, operational excellence, and best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial role within a B2B SaaS environment, with experience managing Enterprise and Strategic customers.

  • Demonstrated success owning complex commercial renewals and consistently achieving retention and revenue goals.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead commercial conversations with confidence.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating SaaS agreements, pricing, and contract terms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights, usage data, and business metrics to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.

  • Experience maintaining accurate forecasts and managing opportunities within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities while maintaining operational excellence and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.

This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locations:

    Alberta, Canada - Remote

    British Columbia - Remote

    Ontario - Remote

    This role reflects an immediate opening on our team, and we are seeking qualified candidates to fill it.

Base salary range: $104,800 - $128,000. On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $131,000 - $160,000, 80.00% base/20.00% variable target OTE split. 

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
