  • Influence partner executives and practice leaders to prioritize AI investment, enablement, and certification growth

  • Lead executive alignment cadences and strategic account planning sessions

  • Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Industry, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver coordinated AI go-to-market motions

  • Identify systemic barriers to AI growth and implement scalable programs to improve performance

  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership on pipeline health, partner performance, and growth opportunities

What You Bring

  • 12 or more years of experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic alliances, or partner leadership roles

  • Direct experience driving revenue in AI, SaaS, and/or customer experience platforms

  • Demonstrated success building partner-led pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-makers within large GSIs

  • Experience shaping and executing cross-functional go-to-market programs

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDPICC

  • Strategic thinking balanced with disciplined execution and operational rigor

  • Ability to translate Genesys CX and AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for partners and customers

  • High level of autonomy and sound judgment in prioritizing opportunities and investments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent within Canada and the United States

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree considered an asset
