Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager - Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) to lead and expand our data-driven CPFR program with Vendor Partners and internal collaborators. This position necessitates robust project management skills, such as charters, scope documents, roadmaps, work breakdown structures, risk management plans, and communication strategies with partners. You will collaborate with Vendors, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Transportation, Vendor Compliance, Analytics, and Systems to develop processes to drive improvement at scale. This includes forecasting reconciliation and alignment, supply and production reviews, catalog accuracy, defect reduction, and more processes to enhance the overall supply chain. This role involves leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and driving central initiatives. The perfect candidate possesses a solid project management background, focuses on the big picture while implementing process enhancements, thrives in customer interaction and collaboration and relies heavily on data.
What You'll Do

  • Refine CPFR processes at Chewy by demonstrating data analytics, automation, and system improvements to boost efficiency in inventory forecasting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration!
  • Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to refine forecasting models, predictive analytics, and replenishment strategies that reduce costs and improve performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate important metrics for the supply chain, such as forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, vendor performance, and fill rates, to ensure real-time visibility and continuous improvement.
  • Improve system integrations and automation, using platforms to streamline vendor collaboration and minimize manual processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes, bringing to bear automation, data analytics, and process optimization.
  • Develop scalable dashboards and reporting tools using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights for internal teams and vendors.
  • Establish SOPs, governance models, and standard methodologies to standardize operational processes and maintain consistency in collaboration and replenishment planning.
  • Lead key vendor relationships, addressing operational challenges, improving compliance, and aligning vendors with Chewy's supply chain goals.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field!
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, program or project management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including the flow of goods, key touchpoints, and dependencies across procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in SQL, perform data pulls, queries, and analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Scorecards, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence cross-functional partners, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging cross-functional partners at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
