About the team and the role:

Global Focus Categories is a multi-billion-dollar portfolio spanning Vehicles, Parts & Accessories, Fashion, and Collectibles — some of the largest and most strategic businesses at eBay.

We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to help evolve and scale core customer experiences across these categories. This includes working closely with engineering & design leaders, business units, marketing and other teams at eBay. This is an individual contributor role encouraged to drive execution of multiple product initiatives in a matrix organization.

What you will accomplish:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for high-impact initiatives across Global Focus Categories, from discovery through delivery and outcomes.

  • Identify and solve important customer problems, balancing buyer, seller, and marketplace needs at scale.

  • Partner closely across functions (Category PMs, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Ops) to drive alignment, execution, and results.

  • Leverage data and applied AI thoughtfully, using the right tools to improve customer experiences, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Drive strong product execution, setting clear priorities, improving development practices, and ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability.

  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and performance data.

  • Promote responsible use of AI and data, ensuring transparency, trust, and compliance in customer-facing solutions.

  • Communicate product vision clearly, influencing partners through strong storytelling and sound product judgment.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing products in complex, large-scale environments.

  • Experience building products that integrate across multiple systems and platforms (APIs, services, data pipelines).

  • Strong product sense and execution skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make principled tradeoffs.

  • Experience using data, experimentation, and insights to drive prioritization and measure success.

  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered or data-driven products, with good judgment on when and how to apply these capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling them successfully.

  • Ecommerce or marketplace experience is a plus, but not required.
