About the Role

We're looking for a Sr Product Manager to join our digital products team. As a Sr Digital Product Manager you will be a product’s biggest advocate, working with the team to shape the product roadmap.  You are a natural leader and amazing at balancing business and product needs. This is a senior position suitable for candidates with 8+ years of related experience.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the product strategy, oversee the implementation of new features and serve as the product’s biggest advocate.
  • Own the product roadmap; constantly prioritize & re-prioritize features against team goals.
  • Identify and assess growth opportunities.
  • Set up experiments to continually improve KPIs.
  • Have a deep love for uncovering customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead the product team to implement quality features.
  • Manage stakeholders across teams to work toward a single vision.
  • Support and mentor your fellow product managers.
  • Work directly with studio leadership to guide business priorities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in a business, technical or related field.
  • 8+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in SAAS development.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web user experience.
 

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in a subscription-based business.
  • Experience in the kids’ product space.
