A Day in the Life• Key business partner in providing analytic and strategic support for RFPs to the business
units
• Provide recommendations in accordance with RFP guidelines and business strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams on various initiatives such as product launch, capital
deals, business models, strategic partnership agreements.
• Propose value add recommendations.
• Assist in rebate administration including accruals and validating data for payment

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.

  • Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy.

  • Recommends positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.

  • May review competition to determine price of new product.

  • Provides input on final pricing contracts.

  • May plan and develop market research and analysis.

  • Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

  • Provide financial analysis to assist in strategic support in RFPs, pricing models and capital programs. Align proposals with critical business strategies and marketing guidance.

  • Contract performance and tender/RFP mapping

  • Track compliance for capital acceleration program

  • Work with Commercial teams to assist them in product launch, capital programs, strategic partnership agreements and other initiatives.

  • Conduct various pricing analysis such as ASP analysis

  • Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies and procedures and suggest process improvement.

  • Rebate administration including accruals and validating data for payment 

  • Other Ad hoc analysis as required.

Salary Range: $75360-$94200

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts or equivalent experience or

  • Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts or equivalent experience or

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts or equivalent experience

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Fluent Bilingual (oral and written)
• Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines
• Adapts to system and organizational changes
