We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager Channel Development, Data to lead and expand Monks’ Data technology partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, fostering strong relationships with partner representatives, and driving pipeline and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with a diverse portfolio of technology partners, a proven track record of developing successful partner strategies and marketing, and established relationships within the partner ecosystem that can be leveraged to accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners to enhance Monks’ market presence and drive revenue.
- Create scalable and repeatable sales plays that align with partner capabilities and target customer needs.
- Partner Marketing:
- Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partner teams to streamline content, webinars, and joint events. Create and oversee cobranded content that resonates with both Monks and partner audiences.
- Social and Event Management: Manage social media outreach related to partner activities and content. Coordinate the preparation and submission of awards that highlight our collaborative initiatives.
- Internal and External Events: Handle logistics for both internal and external events, from ideation to execution. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with partner goals.
- Content Strategy: Develop valuable educational resources and materials with the content production team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner Advocacy:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to position our company as their preferred referral partner.
- Contributing to and executing on joint business plans with partners, ensuring demand generation against key business plan goals.
- Pipeline and Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with partners to identify and qualify high-value opportunities, driving leads and pipeline growth.
- Track and report on partner-driven sales activities and revenue impact, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement and ROI for the partnership.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Communicate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on partner strategies and optimize joint success.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, partner needs, and opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or related roles within the technology sector.
- Proven success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies with technology partners.
- Strong understanding of sales play creation and partner-led revenue generation.
- Skills & Relationships:
- Established network and relationships within the technology partner ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Other:
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
