Job Summary
Be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and management of variety of network infrastructure projects. Supervise Specialists and other Consultants involved in the project. Provide decision makers with accurate project status information along with technical recommendations. Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues of greater degree of difficulty. Collect customers business and technical needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide IT infrastructure support to clients across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Analysis, design, and implementation of virtualization, network, security, and cloud infrastructure projects.
• Design, deploy, and support VMware environments including vSphere, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX, and vSAN.
• Implement and support cloud solutions in AWS and Microsoft Azure, including networking, compute, storage, and security components.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement, configure, and support FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, routing, and high availability.
• Investigation, analysis, and documentation of IT processes, forms, policies, procedures, equipment configurations, and network designs.
• Evaluate technology products and provide technical recommendations aligned with client needs.
• Provide advanced support to remote Consultants and Specialists.
• Assist in the development of technical proposals and solution recommendations presented to clients.
• Keep team members well informed by maintaining a clear vision and path toward defined objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
• Must have experience with VMware virtualization technologies (VCF, vSphere, NSX, vSAN).
• Must have experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Must have hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication in enterprise environments.
• Must have experience with FortiGate firewalls and network security concepts.
• Must possess excellent teamwork abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions; possess good judgment, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity.
• Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Ability to maintain knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical terminology to the user community in a way they can relate to and understand.
