The Hardware Product Manager at Parallel Wireless will lead product development, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to define product roadmaps, conduct market research, and manage product launch plans while ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
As a Hardware Product Manager at Parallel Wireless, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of wireless infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating our shared vision into real execution. Your strategic insights and technical experience will drive product development, ensuring our solutions meet market demands while improving TCO and maximizing ROI.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product roadmaps aligned with market needs and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, requirements, and datasheet documents.
- Experience with HW development cycles including design, manufacturing, NPI, and mass production.
- Experience with RF and analog systems – advantage
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
- Develop and implement product launch plans, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and messaging.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product designs.
- Manage external relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
What you should have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, in the hardware or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new hardware products.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
