Quantcast is looking for a Sr. Global Workplace Experience Manager to lead our physical footprint and employee experience strategy across 15 global locations. Reporting directly to the Chief People and Places Officer, you will be the architect of our global workplace standards, ensuring that whether an employee is in Toronto, London, or Singapore, they experience a seamless, high-performance environment.

You aren't just managing desks; you are managing the intersection of culture, productivity, and physical space. You will lead a global team of four to drive operational excellence, scale our hybrid work model, and manage a complex portfolio across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of four across multiple time zones, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

  • Translate the Global Workplace Strategy into actionable operational roadmaps for a portfolio of 15+ offices across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Partner with the Head of Real Estate on lease administrations, site selections, and large-scale capital projects or office build-outs.

  • Develop and enforce global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities, security, and guest management to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence worldwide.

  • Oversee the global workplace tech stack, including occupancy planning tools, security systems, and the optimization of JIRA service desk workflows.

  • Drive vendor and procurement strategy by managing high-level relationships with global vendors and landlords, negotiating contracts and SLAs to optimize spend.

  • Ensure global compliance across all locations regarding local health, safety, and building regulations, maintaining a high standard of risk management.

  • Design and oversee departmental audit schedules to ensure data integrity in employee directories, workplace attendance tracking, and operational platforms.

  • Act as the executive owner of the Global Culture Club, ensuring internal events and engagement initiatives align with Quantcast’s core values and hybrid work philosophy.

  • Strategize internal workplace branding and communications, ensuring "The Hub" and Slack channels serve as effective tools for global employee connection.

  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the hybrid employee experience, implementing scalable solutions that support both productivity and collaboration.

  • Contribute to global budgeting and financial planning for the workplace operations department, ensuring efficient resource allocation across all regions.

Who you are:

  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Workplace Management, Facilities, or Operations, with at least 3 years in a regional or global leadership capacity.

  • Global Mindset: Experience managing distributed teams and diverse real estate portfolios across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to move between high-level real estate strategy and the nuances of daily operational execution.

  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in workplace SaaS (occupancy tools, ticketing systems, security platforms) and Google Workspace.  Comfortable optimizing work with Gemini.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects, from office moves to global software rollouts.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
