As our Sr Global Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategy, team, and cross‑functional execution that brings OneSpan’s cybersecurity solutions—particularly multi-factor authentication and mobile app protection—to market. You will guide a team of product marketers, influence senior stakeholders, and serve as a key voice in defining market direction, competitive strategy, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Define the long‑term product marketing vision aligned to company strategy, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence product strategy, portfolio direction, and investment decisions.
  • Establish scalable processes, templates, and governance for consistency and speed.

Go‑to‑Market & Product Launch

  • Own the launch strategy and execution for new products , major releases, and market expansions.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across product, sales, demand generation, corporate communications, and partner teams.
  • Assess and size market opportunities to guide prioritization and growth strategies.

Market & Buyer Intelligence

  • Establish a deep understanding of buyers, competitors, and market dynamics to inform product and business decisions.
  • Oversee development of use‑case frameworks that guide product innovation and integration strategies.
  • Build a competitive program: battle cards, “why we win/lose,” field intel loops, pricing/packaging comparisons.

Positioning, Messaging & Value Narrative

  • Own the creation of differentiated positioning that clearly articulates the business and technical value of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ensure message consistency across all channels, regions, and customer touch points.

Content Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Oversee development of high‑impact content including solution narratives, website content, videos, datasheets, and thought‑leadership assets.
  • Create and maintain enablement assets: pitch decks, talk tracks, discovery guides, demo narratives, objection handling, ROI/value tools, case studies, and competitive insights to win.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement on training, certification, and play adoption.
  • Partner with revenue leadership to improve pipeline quality, deal velocity, and win rates.

Executive‑Level Evangelism

  • Serve as a senior spokesperson for OneSpan’s cybersecurity portfolio across customers, analysts, partners, and media.
  • Champion our vision internally to drive alignment, excitement, and clarity across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing or product management experience, with at least 5+ years leading global teams.
  • Deep expertise in multi-factor authentication, mobile security, or fraud prevention.
  • Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proven success leading GTM strategy for technical products in high‑growth or enterprise environments.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to C‑suite, analysts, and large audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.

Preferred Requirements

  • Product marketing or product management certifications (Pragmatic Institute, PMA, Product Focus, 280 Group).
  • Experience scaling teams or building new functions within a cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS organization.

Salary: $215,000 - $265,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus bonus.
