What You’ll Be Doing

The Senior Consultant, Business Effectiveness is a key member of the Chief Data Office Strategy & Communications team. This team is focused on driving transformation efforts, and is specifically responsible for developing and contributing to strategic alignment and a trusted brand for the Chief Data Office.

Various service offerings that come from this group include Board-level, executive and enterprise reaching communications, engagement strategies and event planning, executive storytelling, dashboarding and reporting, and more. This team works with senior leadership within the Chief Data Office, Architecture and Data, Technology groups, and broadly across CIBC.

In this role, you will lead a full range of business management activities to support the Chief Data Office’s dynamic business. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and delivering key information that effectively tells the story of our business to Chief Data Office Leadership and senior executive audiences, as required. This is a highly collaborative role that requires high attention to detail, strong organization, and critical thinking. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with leaders across CIBC, and you will work closely with the Chief Data Office’s Senior Leadership Team members.

You continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work to deliver your best. Using knowledge, experience, relationships and collaboration to determine if services, processes or procedures may be modified to better suit the business, you make practical recommendations and help make it happen.
