Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Client Account Manager (CAM), who will serve as a key member of our team. You will play a pivotal role that focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. As a CAM, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that Pinterest meets and exceeds client expectations. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and drive successful results for our clients.


What you’ll do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with our Partners, proactively reaching out to them regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
  • Ensure that our partners objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and our internal XFN teams.
  • Specifically own the “how” conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies.
  • Be a subject matter expert in brand and performance related opportunities.
  • Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for our partners’.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership and XFN teams to drive results.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in an account management role, within digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive discussions with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once weekly on Wednesdays, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Toronto office (85 Richmond St. W).
