Sr. Category, Business Analyst                                    

We are seeking a results-oriented and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be a critical link between business objectives and technical solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive operational efficiency and solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of using data and technology to deliver meaningful business value.

What you will do?

• Extract and transform data from various unstructured sources using tools like Power Query, Python, and Dataflows.
• Design and maintain custom Tableau dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate and Smartsheet to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Create and maintain custom applications with Power Apps to support daily business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Understand and define business requirements, translating them into analytical solutions.
• Compile and distribute monthly supplier reports.
• Clearly communicate recommendations through well-crafted presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and various business initiatives for category management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and analytical solutions.

What you will bring:

• Data and Analytics: Passion for data and a strong analytical and critical thinking skillset. Proficiency with tools; Power Apps and Python, and hands-on experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards and custom reports.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Must be able to embrace change easily.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with application life-cycle management and best practices is preferred. Experience with AS400 is a strong asset.
