As a Sr. Business Strategy Manager on the DynatraceOne post sales team, you are empowered to drive process designs, ideas, and scaling solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business impact. We own the experience strategy that enable customer success, support, and professional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a business strategy for internal teams that enhance post-sales team effectiveness and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making within post-sales operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create solutions and plans that deliver the highest impact.
- Redesign end-to-end processes and operating models across Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with post-sales, engineering, IT, and business operations teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment to business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle for new initiatives from diagnosis to design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Business Acumen & Impact:
- Analyze business processes, KPIs, and user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Build business cases for new initiatives, demonstrating ROI and strategic value.
- Track adoption, measure impact, and iterate on products to maximize effectiveness.
Innovation & Automation:
- Evaluate opportunities where automation and AI can improve business outcomes; partner with Product Management to influence use case priorities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Enablement & Change Management:
- Develop training, documentation, and enablement materials to support successful adoption of new tools.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring post-sales teams are equipped and motivated to leverage new solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to postsales leaders on scaling motions and change readiness
This position is a hybrid working model (2 day per week)out of our Dynatrace office in Boston, MA.
What will help you succeedSkills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product manager or a related field, ideally with a focus on business operations or post-sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy from concept to execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, with experience analyzing processes, building business cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and data analytics in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with post-sales functions such as customer success, support, and technical account management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Background in business operations, process improvement, or change management.
- Technical proficiency with automation platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in management consulting, business operations, or leading large transformation strongly preferred

DOE, salary $180K - $190K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
