Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. 

About the Role

Highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in developing and maintaining project management dashboards and creating impactful presentations. This role will be key in providing clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders, tracking project performance, and effectively communicating project progress through visual reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, combined with advanced skills in data visualization tools and presentation design. 
Key Responsibilities 

Responsibilities 

  • Independently establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and drive teams toward solutions 
  • Taking on some limited leadership responsibilities, including developing and mentoring team members on best practices for data analysis, project management and requirements gathering 
  • Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, becoming a trusted advisor 
  • Creating clear, concise, and compelling presentations, including executive management by using data visualization and storytelling techniques 
  • Gather accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams 
  • Own and manage your own deliverables with the assistance of your team  
  • Provide subject matter expertise on industry trends, regulations and best practices to inform recommendations and solutions  
  • Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements 
  • Shaping and executing complex digital transformations

Responsibilities 

  • Independently drive client relationships across levels, especially key decision makers by understanding their business goals and objectives 
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget 
  • Lead project teams with Capco and client members 
  • Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, influencing decision-making 
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities, including developing and mentoring team members on best practices for data analysis, project management and requirement gathering 
  • Lead the gathering of accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams 
  • Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; taking a leadership role in translating a vision to processes and requirements 
  • Shaping and executing complex digital transformations 

Show Us What You’ve Got 

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

  • 7+ years Business Analysis experience 
  • Strong requirements gathering and analysis
  • Preferably strong experience in the control room space including employee and firm conflict of interest.
  • Preferably strong experience in STAR COMPLIANCE system 
  • Ability to create Business Cases 
  • Expert level experience with structing a project with the creation of EPICs, and User Story Writing 
  • Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders 
  • Strong track record of leadership and people development, including mentoring junior team members 
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and solving challenging business problems with innovative solutions 
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering 
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users, including at the executive level 
  • Ability to work across other related roles, for example, Program Manager, as required 
  • Agile methodology experience 
  • Financial Industry experience  

COMPETENCIES 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. 
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly and confidently to various audiences. 
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset. 
• Excellent design presentation skills. With a keen eye for visual aesthetics and data storytelling.
