What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Analytics Enablement, you will be a key team member owning day to day operations, acting as the first point of contact for user onboarding, adoption and triaging business critical advisory requests. The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Analytics Enablement, also works closely with cross functional teams across Enterprise Technology, Finance and external Vendors to maintain accurate documentation, optimize existing processes and facilitate effective communication regarding tooling notices and inquires.

How you'll succeed

  • Strategic Thinking Approach – Envision a holistic view while focusing on the finer details! You drive, manage and execute on strategy goals through business efficient solutions, objectives and KPIs. You have a keen ability to provide insights, recommendations and strategic direction based on CIBC’s vision, industry trends, competitive landscape and metrics insights. You have the ability to navigate an ambiguous ever-changing environment and plan for the future.   

  • Organization and Collaboration – Act both Collaboratively and Autonomously. You will contribute to the development, and maintenance of operational artifacts necessary to maintain portfolio compliance including facilitation of user attestation reporting. You can provide data driven insights on daily operations as necessary to our business, as well as other internal partners in addition to working closely with external vendors, to execute on your deliverables. 

  • Relationship Building - Forge strong relationships with CIBC’s various teams, by working with the internal and external partners, owning the end-to-end processes to promote analytics capabilities, with a strong understanding of the client needs and experiences across all channels. You are a great communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings and recommendations, then package key messages for senior executives. You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you’re a self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes and governance from the ground up.  

Who you are

  • You can demonstrate experience in: Waterfall and Agile Project Management, Process Engineering. Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence. Excellent organization and communication skills. Expressed interested in various analytics platforms including Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SAS, ThoughtSpot, Power Platform.
