What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, or other technical discipline
  • 10+ years of strong, diverse experience in the data and analytics space
  • Deep understanding of the product and commercial application of credit data
  • Experience working with credit data, either within a risk management or product context
  • Ability to lead through influence; thrives in “the matrix”
  • Bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think dynamically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to senior audiences, either externally or internally  
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile framework; solid attention to detail and operational focus
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Experience with strategic planning
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate the dynamic nature of product development and data analysis.

The Sr. Advisor, Product Analytics will be critical in bridging the gap between data and actionable insights, driving product success through informed decision-making, and will be responsible for leveraging our key data assets to lead new product development, which includes the following:

  • Design new Credit Attributes, Algorithms, and Scores for our TruVision suite of Solutions
  • Transform Alternative Data into products that meet emerging client needs and pave the way for long-term revenue growth
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a horizontal function to guide all Credit Product Managers in their product development efforts on how to best utilize our data assets to meet end-solution needs
  • Serve as the Product Manager for B2B analytics solutions (data visualization, extraction, modeling)
  • Lead and train analysts to support Product Analytics needs
  • Conduct R&D to identify opportunities to leverage existing data assets to meet emerging market needs, through a combination of existing products or new product development
  • Partner with the Data Strategy lead to identify emerging business needs, and Data Sciences and Global Technology to execute on product development
  • Product Lead for cloud migration products of existing Attributes, Algorithms, and Scores, while also advocating for key business needs in global transformational projects
  • Lead investigations for Issues/Events related to data integrity of Credit Products
  • Collaborate with other regions for IP diffusion, sharing best practices, and identifying emerging market needs

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
