What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll be providing administrative and operational support to the Market Vice President (MVP) and the District/Market Office. As a Market Administrative Assistant you’ll build strong working relationships with the leaders supporting the MVP, by coordinating meetings, organizing events, completing payroll and supporting business continuity activities for banking centres within a designated district.

How you’ll succeed

  • Planning & Coordination – Co-ordinate and prioritize the daily activities and schedule of the MVP such as preparing correspondence, reports and presentation materials.

  • Problem Solving Organize the office of the MVP using independent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.

  • Communication & interpersonal Skills – Interact with a wide range of individuals in various situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
