The Role
The Senior Account Executive – Claims is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships within Solera’s Claims portfolio across Quebec. This role partners closely with insurance carriers and claims organizations, delivering value-based solutions while navigating a consultative, enterprise-level sales cycle.
This position requires full professional fluency in both French and English to effectively support customers in Quebec and collaborate with internal stakeholders across North America.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for Claims solutions, from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and claims leaders in Quebec
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct solution-based demos and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Partner with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Client Success) to drive successful outcomes
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM discipline
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory considerations, and customer challenges within the Claims space
What You’ll Bring
- 6 - 8 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience (Claims or Insurance preferred)
- Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles
- Experience selling to insurance carriers or claims organizations strongly preferred
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
