What You’ll Do

Join a team where your expertise and drive make a real difference in protecting lives and property. As a  Sprinkler Sales Representative you’ll be the face of our company, building strong client relationships and driving growth in our Sprinkler Service business.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity while promoting fire sprinkler solutions for Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial facilities

  • Estimate and quote sprinkler system projects with precision and confidence

  • Build lasting business relationships by developing trust and delivering value to customers

  • Expand our service portfolio by identifying opportunities and nurturing new accounts

  • Drive sales success by exceeding plan objectives and contributing to the company’s continued growth

How You’ll Do It

  • Proactively connect with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule impactful sales calls

  • Follow up on opportunities using proven marketing strategies and your own initiative

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with major customers and contractors

  • Negotiate and close high‑quality orders that meet both client needs and company goals

  • Apply proven sales principles while continuously learning and adapting to industry trends

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in sprinkler systems or a related field

  • Previous sprinkler design experience, including estimating and hydraulic calculations (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

  • Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems and familiarity with NFPA 13 standards and local codes

  • Skilled at reading blueprints and translating technical details into customer solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with Windows, Oracle, and other business software systems

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$81,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin.
