As a Reporting specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for producing accurate data and reporting to all lines of business throughout the organization. You will have a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with large amounts of data. As a reporting specialist, you will have strong communication skills to make decisions and explain changes to processes. You must have the ability to work independently and also part of a team.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Translate business needs into data requirements. Collect, integrate, clean, and analyze large datasets and visualize results for presentation to business leaders.

  • Work closely with all lines of business to understand business drivers and enable them to make decisions based on data.

  • Complete monthly reconciliations following the close of the system(s)

  • Work closely with both FCT and First American’s Accounts Payable/Treasury to ensure payments are being processed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Investigate/Resolve and discrepancies or issues in a well-documented and efficient manner.

  • Communicating professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 5 years work experience in a related field

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Experience working with raw data and manipulating large datasets.

  • Detail-oriented and able to deliver high quality, accurate work.

  • Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
