We are currently looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, to support pricing strategy, competitive analysis, incentive programs, residual value analysis, and executive reporting for the Nissan brand in Canada. The role reports to the Senior Planner, Pricing and works closely with Marketing teams, vendors, and business partners.

A Day in the Life:   

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Nissan Box Scores, including MSRP, interest rates, residual values, and payment comparisons for Nissan and competitors.
  • Analyze pricing trends and monitor key metrics such as: MSRP Equipment value Incentive spending
  • Develop pricing and retail incentive recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly pricing reports and presentations for Nissan leadership.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects.
  • Utilize automotive data sources such as: ThoughtSpot Unhaggle Other automotive market databases
  • Coordinate residual value requests with ALG and support residual review meetings.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in: Business Engineering Statistics Mathematics Finance Or a related field
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and passion for cars.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as: Microsoft Copilot Power BI AI features Automation workflows AI agents

Desired:

  • 1–2 years of automotive analytics/pricing experience.
  • Experience working with large datasets and competitive market analysis.

Salary Range:

$67,497.00 - $83,412.00

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
