Job Title:

Specialist, FICC Triparty Collateral Management

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Triparty Collateral Management team, which handles approximately triparty repo transactions daily across multiple cash accounts. This role is critical to ensuring smooth trade matching, collateral allocation, and liquidity management for
funding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee accurate triparty processing and settlement through BNY Mellon Access Edge.

• Monitor timely trade matching and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Front Office teams.

• Process GCF Repo transactions and DTCC collateral pledges.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity across cash accounts for trade settlements.

• Calculate and communicate end-of-day collateral needs to Front Office.

• Instruct daily interest payments on repo transactions.

• Reconcile and balance triparty positions between Front Office and Back Office systems.

• Research and resolve rate discrepancies or operational issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing international environments and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of financial markets and products; proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or collateral management.
