Job Summary

Responsible for execution and analysis of documents requiring notarizing, in multiple provinces to ensure discharges are completed correctly and registered as per Provincial Requirements. In addition, reviewing, interpreting and analyzing property titles and provide options for resolution. Respond to communications via multiple mediums in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and aligned with FCT’s values and our Customer Centricity model.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Execution/notarization of documents within established timelines
  • Action internal reporting within established deadlines 
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of training. 
  • Accountable to maintain current knowledge on all corporate and lender policies and procedures and apply as applicable.
  • Accountable to maintain current knowledge of provincial signing requirements.
  • Problem resolution
  • Administration duties, including but not limited to quality checking of documents, document preparation
  • Respond to customer (internal and external) inquiries

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Law Clerk/Paralegal diploma
  • Appointment as a Notary Public
  • Notary Public in good standing with Law Society of Ontario (LSO)
  • Real Estate background
  • Team player who can work with minimal supervision


Total Direct Compensation:

71,500 - 87,500

Any pay range is in $CAD
