About The Role

As a Specialist, Consulting Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Client Services teams by ensuring smooth operational processes throughout client engagements. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, compliance adherence, accurate hour tracking, invoicing, and much more. This role requires someone who thrives in structured processes but is also adaptable in a dynamic client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client services teams across operational activities surrounding their engagements 
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding procedures for client engagements.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes.
  • Maintain up to date templates for pitch decks, case studies and other key collateral
  • Act as a liaison between client teams and internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose operational efficiencies.
  • Support client teams with ad-hoc requests related to engagement management and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operational support, client operations, administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management or invoicing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate operational processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
