Scope:

The Special Builds and Rework department is a fast paced, flexible and efficient environment, constantly trying to find new ways to be more efficient. S2G is looking for a Special Builds and Rework Coordinator that has strong communication and can think on their toes as priorities can change quickly. Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask as there are various deadlines will help this candidate succeed in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Print build templates and provide to inventory team to pull appropriate product in a timely manner in accordance with the build schedule
  • Inspect all products that are pulled for accuracy and/or damages
  • Verify UPCs and quantity for accuracy against the build sheets or workorder
  • Print stickers and/or labels required for each project
  • Assist in the planning and organizing of the workflow of the build or rework
  • Monitor progress throughout the day to ensure that the project is meeting the specifications and adjust accordingly to meet timelines
  • Delegate daily tasks to temporary employees to ensure efficiency
  • During busy periods work alongside the team to help meet timelines
  • Provide frequent updates to the team and supervisor of progress
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Special Builds and Reworks Supervisor including picking/packing/shipping
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic data entry skills on Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and have a strong understanding of timelines and priorities
  • Ability to manage a large teams
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Available for flexible hours during busy season
  • Steel toed safety boots are required


The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer, contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted by our contracted third-party vendor.
