Job description:
- Liaison with business users to define & document Business Requirements & User Procedures
- Analyze & define Process Workflows.
- Coordinate with DEV and QA teams in clarification of requirements.
- Maintain project plan, status of decisions, issues, risks, document project scope, document project implementation strategy, present project status, manage resource allocation, adhere to project budget, escalate as required.
- Schedule & minute meetings. Schedule walkthroughs (e.g. business requirements , technical and/or test teams).
- May participate in the formulation of a test strategy.
Skillset:
- Strong English and Spanish skills both oral and written.
- Strong Business Analysis and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in complete life cycle of the project in coordination with business users, developers, testers and other implementation groups.
- Good background in Retail Banking domain.
- Exposure Contact center applications is desired.
