Job Description

Location: Scarborough

Job description:

  1. Liaison with business users to define & document Business Requirements & User Procedures
  2. Analyze & define Process Workflows.
  3. Coordinate with DEV and QA teams in clarification of requirements.
  4. Maintain project plan, status of decisions, issues, risks, document project scope, document project implementation strategy, present project status, manage resource allocation, adhere to project budget, escalate as required.
  5. Schedule & minute meetings. Schedule walkthroughs (e.g. business requirements , technical and/or test teams).
  6. May participate in the formulation of a test strategy.

 

Skillset:

  1. Strong English and Spanish skills both oral and written.
  2. Strong Business Analysis and coordination skills.
  3. Ability to work in complete life cycle of the project in coordination with business users, developers, testers and other implementation groups.
  4. Good background in Retail Banking domain.
  5. Exposure Contact center applications is desired.
