Ce qu'implique ce poste :
Joignez-vous à l'équipe dynamique de Marketing immobilier de JLL et dirigez l'excellence opérationnelle de notre programme annuel de cartes-cadeaux générant des ventes de plus de 50 M$. Ce rôle offre un potentiel de croissance significatif dans un environnement dynamique où vous dirigerez les opérations quotidiennes, exécuterez des campagnes marketing stratégiques et servirez de liaison principale pour les équipes canadiennes du Service à la clientèle à travers notre portefeuille. Vous collaborerez avec des fournisseurs externes pour garantir un traitement fluide des ventes de cartes-cadeaux tout en gérant la performance financière et en dirigeant des initiatives marketing innovantes.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Collaborer avec le Gestionnaire et les fournisseurs externes pour garantir un traitement fluide des commandes de cartes-cadeaux, ainsi qu'une gestion efficace de leur activation et de leur utilisation
Gérer les activités quotidiennes du programme incluant le soutien aux ventes, la surveillance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, le suivi des revenus et la conciliation financière
Exécuter les promotions de cartes-cadeaux selon la planification marketing annuelle et coordonner les campagnes interfonctionnelles
Suivre la performance des ventes, les tendances de revenus et effectuer l'analyse des écarts budgétaires avec les équipes des Finances
Faciliter la communication entre les équipes de marketing, service à la clientèle, opérations et finances
Assurer un support client de premier niveau pour les demandes par courriel et gérer les problèmes complexes
Analyser les données de comportement des acheteurs pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et recommander des améliorations de processus
Qualifications requises :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, Marketing ou domaine connexe
3+ ans d'expérience en marketing-opérations omnicanal avec expérience de l'industrie du commerce de détail fortement souhaitée
Maîtrise avancée de la Suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel pour l'analyse de données et les rapports
Compréhension des processus comptables, comptabilisation des revenus et gestion des dépenses
Anglais courant (oral et écrit) requis pour la gestion des parties prenantes
Expérience de gestion d'équipes géographiquement dispersées et coordination de projets interfonctionnels
Capacité prouvée à évoluer dans des organisations matricielles avec un sens aigu de l'urgence et des responsabilités
Qualifications préférées :
Maîtrise bilingue anglais/français pour les communications et traductions du marché canadien
Expérience avec les plateformes de cartes-cadeaux et les systèmes de traitement des paiements (e-Gifter, CardSpot, Moneris)
Expérience CRM et analytique de données pour l'analyse du comportement client et l'optimisation de campagnes
Connaissance des méthodologies de tests A/B et mesure du ROI pour les campagnes marketing
Expérience en gestion de canaux B2C et B2B dans des environnements de commerce de détail
Certification en gestion de projet ou excellence démontrée dans la gestion d'initiatives complexes multi-parties prenantes
Expérience de présentation de mises à jour de programme à la haute direction et aux équipes exécutives

Specialist, Gift Card Operations – JLL
What this job involves:
Join JLL's dynamic Property Marketing team and drive operational excellence for our $50M+ annual gift card program. This role offers significant growth potential in a fast-paced environment where you'll lead daily operations, execute strategic marketing campaigns, and serve as the primary liaison for Canadian Guest Services teams across our portfolio. You'll partner with external suppliers to ensure seamless gift card sales, fulfillment, and redemption while managing financial performance and driving innovative marketing initiatives across our retail properties.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Partner with Manager and external suppliers to ensure seamless gift card sales, fulfillment, and redemption operations
Manage daily program activities including sales support, supply chain oversight, revenue tracking, and financial reconciliation
Execute gift card promotions per annual marketing roadmap and coordinate cross-functional campaigns
Track sales performance, revenue trends, and conduct budget variance analysis with Finance teams
Facilitate communication across marketing, guest services, operations, and finance teams
Provide tier-1 customer support for email inquiries and manage escalated customer issues
Analyze shopper behavior data to identify expansion opportunities and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years omnichannel marketing-operations experience with retail industry background strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
Understanding of accounting processes, revenue recognition, and expense management principles
Fluent English (oral and written) communication skills required for stakeholder management
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and cross-functional project coordination
Proven ability to thrive in matrix organizations with strong urgency and accountability mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/French proficiency for Canadian market communications and translations
Experience with gift card platforms and payment processing systems (e-Gifter, CardSpot, Moneris)
CRM and data analytics experience for customer behavior analysis and campaign optimization
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and ROI measurement for marketing campaigns
Background in B2C and B2B channel management within retail environments
Project management certification or demonstrated excellence in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Experience presenting program updates to senior leadership and executive teams
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
