We have a large number of opportunities in Energy Management Consulting for Consultants, Senior Consultants & Engagement Managers across North America & Europe. Our Consulting projects require Consultants to travel most of the week to client engagements where they drive value, tangible returns and efficiencies for our customers.


As we grow our consulting team we need additional proactive resourcing support to help us identify, qualify and test our talent pool to ensure we hire the best in the industry.


Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be based in our office in downtown Toronto 5 days a week, this is a high-volume, fast-paced, recruiting role that will see you manage a blend of inbound applications from proactively sourced candidates and referrals.


Fundamentals of this role include:

  • Building talent pools and managing candidate flow, focusing on sourcing and handling tasks such as advertising roles on websites and LinkedIn.  
  • Reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing candidate skills against job requirements.
  • The initial screening of candidates by phone or MS Teams to determine suitability.
  • Preparing detailed interview notes and screening information.
  • Arranging tests, recording results, providing feedback.
  • Arranging final Interviews by managing hiring days, assessments.
  • Welcoming and meeting finalists and hiring managers.
  • Candidate management by building relationships, managing the applicant database and handling general queries.
  • Acting as the primary link between the company and potential applicants whilst supporting our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Work closely with the Administration and HR team to meet objectives and provide internal support where required. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven resourcing and / or recruiting experience.
  • To be in the early stages of your career in recruitment.
  • The aptitude to work in a highly professional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment or recruitment agency servicing the technical engineering industries.
  • A process driven mindset that works to predetermined tasks.
  • To be results oriented.
  • The ability to build rapport, deliver a solid and reliable candidate experience.
