- Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on AI, UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborating with the Global architecture and Customer Success Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Conducting thorough analyses of client requirements to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
- Have experience in technical customer-facing roles in a UcaaS / CCaaS environment
- Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems.
- Possess experience in Unified Communications or Contact Center support as a Solutions Engineer.
- Have experience in working within a high-volume Account environment
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating APIs or automating workflows effectively to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols and implement security best practices effectively.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$163,900.00Maximum:
$262,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
