Your assignment 

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be collaborating with our Sales and Delivery Team and you will be engaged in assisting the sales team in ensuring a successful sales cycle, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.

 

Things you'll be working on

- Gathering, refining, and qualifying customer needs

- Defining the best approach to answer these needs

- Estimate the effort and cost for the projects

- Contribute to marketing activities (i.e Webinars, workshops and other activities) 

- Participating in the continuous improvement of the pre-sales tools and processes (i.e demo instances, data samples etc.) Drive critical aspects of the sales cycle: gather and understand the customer needs, provide technical and functional guidance, present and advocate the appropriate solution

- Support the sales team on technical solutions and workload evaluation

- Work collaboratively with consultants and the sales team to create and deliver winning solutions

- Contribute to Marketing activities (webinars, generating content, and more) 

- Maintain and improve sales offer templates and documentation

 

What you need to be successful

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is a plus 

- Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge

- Curious about technology and able to learn quickly new tools and frameworks 

- Some business experience/ business knowledge in one or more of the following ITSM and ITIL 

- Agile software development

- DevOps and CI/CD

- Great listener, communicator, presenter, you like customer-facing interactions

- Ability to to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Bilingual, French and English, is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
