About Ture

Ture is an AI-native, privacy-first platform that helps employers and public-sector organizations run workforce-transition and employment programs.

Our customers may need to connect Ture with HR systems, identity providers, program-management systems, reporting frameworks, applicant-tracking systems, and other enterprise tools.

The role

We are looking for a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of customer onboarding and implementation.

You will translate agreed commercial requirements into secure, workable solutions. You will guide customer technical teams through configuration, data mapping, integrations, testing, launch, and operational handoff.

You will partner closely with customer success, product, engineering, support, and security. Your goal is not simply to complete an integration—it is to ensure the customer can operate successfully after launch.

What you’ll do
  • Lead technical discovery after contract signature.

  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and solution designs.

  • Configure customer environments, programs, permissions, and integration settings.

  • Define data mappings, API requirements, authentication approaches, and error-handling workflows.

  • Support HRIS, identity, reporting, and other enterprise integrations.

  • Coordinate technical dependencies across customer and internal teams.

  • Create implementation documentation, diagrams, test plans, and launch checklists.

  • Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and launch readiness.

  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and manage technical risks.

  • Ensure solutions respect Ture’s privacy and security boundaries.

  • Develop repeatable implementation patterns and technical enablement materials.

  • Transition launched customers into ongoing customer success and support.

  • Bring implementation insights back into product and platform decisions.

What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years of solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or related experience.

  • Experience implementing B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and data integration.

  • Ability to define and validate technical requirements.

  • Experience communicating with customer engineers, IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong project-management and documentation skills.

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective resolutions.

  • A practical approach to balancing customer needs with product constraints.

Nice to have
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, identity, learning, or government systems.

  • Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, SCIM, SSO, and enterprise provisioning.

  • Experience working with ADP Workforce Now or comparable HR platforms.

  • SQL, scripting, or light software-development experience.

  • Experience supporting privacy-sensitive or regulated implementations.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you will have:

  • Established a consistent technical implementation process.

  • Successfully guided customers from technical discovery through launch.

  • Reduced integration ambiguity, rework, and implementation risk.

  • Created reusable solution patterns and documentation.

  • Improved the handoff between sales, implementation, customer success, support, and engineering.
