Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting, the Senior Solutions Consultant bridges the gap between Endpoint’s products and services and its customer’s needs. This role works with the commercial team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals, conducting detailed needs assessments, and identifying technical and functional requirements.
  • Design tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs, creating detailed solution proposals.
  • Review proposal drafts generated by internal proposals team to ensure alignment with operations processes and platform capabilities, providing feedback for updates to improve accuracy of the solution scope, including budget and timelines. 
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the solution addresses customer needs.
  • Explain technical aspects in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of the proposed solutions.
  • Maintain sandbox environments to permit demonstration of the full capabilities of the endpoint system with minimal preparation.
  • Solicit customer feedback during conversations and demonstrations and deliver to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in various industry events to demonstrate platform solutions through customer conversations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records and log all activities in our Salesforce/CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RTSM technology and propose enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Mentor and guide other team members to promote team success.
  • Travel required as needed, up to 20%.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of Solutions Consulting experience. Prior experience with RTSM is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team environment.
  • Organized with a methodical approach to prospecting.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attentive listening skills.
  • Ability to work remotely.
