Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations focused on value that showcase DG as the premier AI solution for e-commerce brands
  • Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all our product offerings
  • Help companies to understand and evaluate the technical capabilities of our products and ensuring technical alignment
  • Understand and interpret prospective customer requirements, delivering customised product demonstrations to match customer needs
  • Design, validate and document technical solutions to share with prospective customers
  • Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers to influence roadmap, collaborating with engineering, and product management teams to meet our prospects' business challenges and align with our internal business objectives
  • Supporting our implementation team with the technical work required for pilots
  • Helping with training and onboarding new customers
  • Training and supporting partners

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales, preferably within the e-commerce space
  • Proven experience in assisting Account Executives by demonstrating critical thinking, offering proactive recommendations, and displaying the confidence necessary to successfully close deals. 
  • Proven experience in providing tailored, value-driven demonstrations
  • Passionate about technology and how it can be used to drive business impact
  • Willing to contribute to an amazing work culture and environment
  • Comfortable with the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-up
  • Experience working with APIs
  • This role requires travel to New York once a month to be on-site with colleagues in our NY hub
