Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Engineering Team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for solving complex customer challenges by designing tailored solutions. As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop and demo custom solutions, and provide expert technical support throughout the sales process.
A typical day in this role includes collaborating with sales to identify client requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions within Valorx products, designing and presenting Proof of Concepts (POCs), and demoing Valorx Apps to prospective customers. This is a full-time role with opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development. Prior programming experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements.
  • Design and develop customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies.
  • Build POCs and demo solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop Excel-based solutions, including custom automation using VBA or similar tools.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions during sales cycles.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, meet all client requirements, and align with best practices.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with programming languages.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
