The Role
As a Solution Architect at Capco, you’ll shape end-to-end technology solutions for capital markets clients, bridging business objectives and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to define architecture that is resilient, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards while supporting complex trading and market infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business, regulatory, and technology requirements

  • Translate capital markets use cases into scalable, secure, and supportable technical designs

  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and delivery teams to guide implementation decisions

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and integration standards

  • Support architecture governance through documentation, reviews, and stakeholder engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing solution architectures within capital markets or trading environments

  • Strong understanding of modern application, data, and integration architectures

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience working across the full delivery lifecycle, from design through implementation

  • Familiarity with architecture governance, design patterns, and best practices

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, or real-time data processing

  • Exposure to trading platforms, market data, or risk systems

  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles

  • Experience working in regulated financial services environments
