Salesforce & nCino Solutions Design IT Specialist

About the Role:

Join TD’s Business Banking Credit Modernization team as a Senior IT Specialist, where you’ll lead technical design and development for Salesforce and nCino solutions supporting Small Business and Commercial Banking. This is an opportunity to drive innovation in a dynamic, multi-year modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce and nCino solutions, ensuring alignment with TD standards and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, guide development, and enforce best practices.

  • Conduct system analysis, resolve technical issues, and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and reliability.

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining high standards for quality and security.

  • Support agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, design, and architecture

  • 4+ years with Financial Services Cloud

  • 2+ years designing and building Omni Components

  • 4+ years of nCino design and development

  • 4+ years with Salesforce DevOps processes

  • 4+ years working in scaled agile environments

  • 5+ years mentoring junior developers

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience with Bitbucket/Git, Eclipse, RAD, JIRA, and Confluence

  • Mulesoft experience is an asset

  • University/college degree or equivalent work experience
