Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing iQ AI team. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts’ core platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features that bring AI capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on AI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain full-stack features for AI-powered healthcare applications
Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or Next.js
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
Integrate AI and data-driven features into product workflows
Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
Experience building full-stack web applications
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
Experience building REST APIs or backend services
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications
Experience with Python for backend or data processing
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
Exposure to healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated environments
Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
AI copilots for clinicians and administrative staff
Intelligent workflow automation tools
Data and insights platforms for behavioral health providers
AI-powered documentation and summarization tools
Scalable APIs and services powering next-generation healthcare applications
Work on cutting-edge AI applications in healthcare
Collaborate with a small, high-impact team building new products
