  • Coordinate creator content for campaigns, launches, and events.

Events Activation:

  • Lead social activation around events, driving awareness and attendance at specific events.

  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, such as conferences, on-the-ground activations, and sponsorships, including logistics and design needs.

Project Management, Collaboration & Communication:

  • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, working with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain project and editorial schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.

  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences, list management, content creation, and performance analysis.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, DevRel, Education, Growth, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Comms, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 6 – 9 years proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role, with demonstrated ownership of brand social channels.

  • Experience working with KOLs and creators, including sourcing, relationship management, and campaign coordination.

  • Experience running social listening and translating insights into content and campaign decisions.

  • Experience managing drip/lifecycle marketing campaigns tied to launches.

  • Experience supporting executive or leadership communications on social.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management and listening tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including copywriting, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
