Turn conversations into brand impact

How do you turn everyday conversations into meaningful brand moments? As our Social Media Manager, you’ll shape Coveo’s voice across social platforms, connecting our story, our people, and our technology with the audiences that matter most.

You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and community, owning our social presence end to end while collaborating closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to amplify Coveo’s reach and relevance.

As our Social Media Manager, you will: 
  • Own and execute Coveo’s social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others).
  • Plan, create, publish, and optimize engaging content aligned with brand, product, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Actively engage with our community, responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Coveo ahead of the curve.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 3-5yrs experience managing social media channels for a brand or organization.
  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
What would make you stand out:
  • Experience in business-to-business or technology environments.
  • Comfort working with data to inform creative decisions.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or thought leadership initiatives.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and creativity.
