About Everist

Everist is redefining the future of hair and body care with concentrated, high-performance formulations and a strong commitment to sustainability. We are a brand built on innovation, storytelling, and community and we’re entering our next phase of growth.

We're looking for a creative, platform-savvy Social Media Manager who can own our social presence, create scroll-stopping content, and extend their reach into paid ad creative and broader brand copywriting.

The Role

This is a social-first creative role with a wider remit. You'll own Everist's organic social strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok, create content end-to-end, and collaborate closely with the growth team on paid ad creative. Beyond social, you'll bring your creative and writing skills to broader brand projects — from email copy to campaign messaging to product storytelling.

You know the beauty and wellness social landscape inside out. You're a natural content creator, a strong writer, and someone who gets genuinely excited about building community around a brand you believe in.

What You'll Own

Social Media Management

  • Own day-to-day social media management across Instagram and TikTok — posting, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.

  • Stay deeply plugged into platform trends, algorithm changes, and creator culture to keep Everist's content fresh and relevant.

  • Identify and engage with user-generated content and community moments that can be amplified across owned channels.

  • Maintain a pulse on the beauty and wellness industry — following brands, founders, editors, and creators to bring culturally relevant ideas and inspiration to the team.

Content Creation

  • Concept, shoot, and edit original content independently — photo, video, Reels, and short-form TikTok — with a strong, on-brand aesthetic.

  • Direct creators, photographers, or videographers when needed, providing clear creative briefs and feedback.

  • Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity across all content that reflects Everist's "Beauty, Undiluted" brand positioning.

Paid Ad Creative

  • Partner with the growth team to develop creative concepts and assets for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

  • Produce and iterate on paid ad creative with a performance mindset — you understand what makes an ad stop the scroll and drive action.

  • Use creative performance data to inform future concepts and contribute to the testing roadmap.

Copywriting & Brand Voice

  • Write copy across social, ads, email, product descriptions, and campaign messaging in a voice that feels distinctly Everist.

  • Support broader creative and brand projects including launch campaigns, retail materials, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation — ideally at a DTC, eCommerce, or CPG brand (beauty or wellness strongly preferred).

  • Have a background in or deep passion for the beauty industry, with an unconventional creative perspective and a genuine connection to what Everist stands for.

  • A confident content creator who can shoot and edit photo and video independently to a polished, on-brand standard.

  • Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — including trends, formats, algorithms, and community building.

  • Strong copywriter who can adapt voice and format across platforms, audiences, and campaign types.

  • Comfortable working with paid social creative and understands what makes content perform.

  • Highly organized, able to manage a content calendar and multiple projects simultaneously.
