This is a remote position.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, particularly focusing on Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and scheduling Instagram Reels, managing customer inquiries and private messages, answering questions, optimizing our website, and running email campaigns using Mailchimp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instagram Management:

    • Create and schedule engaging Instagram Reels to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

    • Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram posts and stories.

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and private messages across social media platforms promptly and professionally.

    • Address and resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Website Optimization:

    • Work closely with the web development team to optimize the website for user experience and search engine visibility.

    • Ensure the website content is up-to-date and aligned with our marketing strategies.

  • Email Campaigns:

    • Use Mailchimp to create and execute email marketing campaigns.

    • Analyze the performance of email campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in managing Instagram, particularly Instagram Reels.

  • Experience with customer service and managing customer inquiries on social media.

  • Familiarity with website optimization techniques and SEO best practices.

  • Proficiency in using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
