The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Toronto team and help elevate and standardize ShyftLabs’ brand presence across digital channels. In this role, you’ll shape how we show up online, right from designing graphics, managing LinkedIn content, and creating compelling visuals to ensuring brand consistency across decks, websites, and client-facing materials.

Experience working at a tech or SaaS company is highly preferred.

What you'll be doing

  • Create high-quality graphics, visuals, and short-form content for social channels, pitch decks, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Standardize branding and visual identity across decks, websites, social posts, and all customer-facing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with our UX/UI Designer to align on design language, templates, and visual standards.
  • Support content creation for thought leadership, company updates, employee highlights, and client success stories.
  • Work with internal leaders and teams to gather stories, updates, and content for ongoing communication needs.
  • Join client calls when needed to support branding, content alignment, or presentation design work.
  • Maintain a content calendar and proactively suggest new ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations for improving reach, impressions, and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, design trends, and best practices in B2B tech branding.

What you bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or data-focused company.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn pages for B2B or technology-focused brands.
  • Understanding of brand identity, layout design, typography, and visual standards.
  • Comfort collaborating with UX/UI designers, marketers, and leadership teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with clients when needed.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content cycles.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for consistent, high-quality branding.
